Does PropKaki publish how much property agents earn?

The Short Answer
Not for any agent. A PropKaki agent profile shows the deals CEA's public records attribute to them, never an income or commission figure, and every ranking is by deal count. The only earnings figure is market-wide: an estimated spread across all agents in the How agents stack up chart on the Agent Finder.
PropKaki holds deal records, not pay slips, so it can show what an agent has done but not what they were paid.
What does an agent's profile show instead?
An agent's profile on the Agent Finder shows their CEA registration and licence number, their agency, and the deals CEA's public records attribute to them:
- Total Deals, Last 12 Months and Active Years
- a Deal Breakdown by Property Type, by who they were Representing, and by Top Districts and Top Towns
No income, commission or earnings figure appears on a profile. PropKaki does not rank or publish any individual's earnings or commission.
Where does PropKaki show earnings at all?
In one place: the How agents stack up chart on the Agent Finder. Pick Estimated earnings from its menu and it shows how agents spread across earnings bands, with the Median band marked and the note Earnings are estimates.
The chart counts agents in each band. It names no one, and no profile carries its own figure.
How is that estimate worked out?
From deal counts, not from anyone's actual income. Each deal is priced at a typical 2025 median price or rent for its property type, and a typical commission rate is applied:
