Add questions and answers to your website

The Short Answer
Press + Add a Question in Configure Page → Frequently Asked Questions, then type the question and the answer you would give on the phone. Up to 20, question 200 characters and answer 800. Six show and the rest open behind Show More. It is the last section on your page.
These answer a reader who has been through everything else, which is why they sit at the bottom.
How do I add a question?
Press the dashed Add a Question on the page, or + Add a Question in Configure Page → Frequently Asked Questions.
- Type the Question — What are your fees? is the shape. Up to 200 characters.
- Type the Answer underneath, up to 800 characters, with a counter under the box.
- Add Another Question starts a second row, and Add puts them all on your page at once.
Both halves are needed. A question with no answer is not accepted, and is not kept.
The answer box asks for the answer you would give on the phone, which is the length to aim at.
How many can I put up?
20.
Your page draws the first 6 and puts the rest behind a Show More button under them, with the number still folded in brackets beside the word. Press it and they all open; press Show Less and they fold again.
Six other sections do the same: Videos, Webinars, Guides, Articles, Socials and Team. A section holding fewer than six gets no button at all.
Listings is the one that works differently — it has pages instead — and What Clients Say never needs the button, because it stops at 3.
Where does the section sit?
Frequently Asked Questions is the last of your 10 sections, under Team. Both the page and Configure Page call it by that same name.
It is last on purpose: a reader who still has a question has already been through your listings, your videos and your guides, and the section that handles objections is the wrong thing to meet before the work it is answering for.
If you want it higher, the Move Up arrow beside the heading in My Page moves it one place at a time, like any other section.
What does a visitor see?
A column of questions, not a grid of cards. Pressing one opens its answer underneath it. Opening a second does not close the first, so a visitor can have several open at once.
They are drawn in the order you set, top to bottom, and a closed answer is still there in the page — folded away from the reader rather than removed.
Does this teach my assistant to answer?
No. Nothing you write here reaches your assistant. Answering What are your fees? in this section does not teach the bot in the corner of your page to answer it, and the two do not read each other.
They are two different things sitting on one page: the section is text a visitor reads for themselves, and the assistant is a conversation. If you want the assistant to know something, that is Configure Assistant, the other door on your page.
It is a fair thing to expect, so it is worth being plain about: put the answer in both places if you want it in both places.
How do I change the order or remove one?
In Configure Page → Frequently Asked Questions, each row has a grip and shows the question with the start of its answer under it. Drag one above another and your page follows.
The bin on the row removes that question. On the page itself, the × on the corner of a row does the same thing while you are looking at it.
There is no editing in place: to change a word, remove the question and add it again.
