What can visitors do on my website?

The Short Answer
Three things on your page belong to your reader. A Grid and Map pin above your listings swaps those two sections. Filters narrow your listings by For Sale or For Rent, by property type, and by 12, 24 or 48 to a page. Show More opens the rest of a section. You set none of them, and nothing a visitor changes is saved.
If you have hunted Configure Page for these and not found them, that is why — they are not yours to set.
What is the Grid and Map pin above my listings?
A pair of small buttons — Grid and Map — sitting above whichever of Listings and On the Map comes first on your page.
Pressing one makes the two sections trade places. Map puts the map above the listings; Grid puts them back. Nothing else moves: a section you put between them stays exactly where you put it.
It is drawn only when you have both — listings on the page and at least one of them placed on the map. With only one of the pair there is nothing to swap, so no buttons appear.
How do visitors filter my listings?
A row of controls above your listings, and each one appears only when it would change something:
- For Sale and For Rent, with the count beside each. A side you have nothing on is not offered as a tab.
- Property Type — the categories you actually have listings in. If your whole book is residential there is one box, not two, and it offers Condo / Apartment, HDB and Landed directly rather than asking for a category first.
- Sub-Type, when you list across more than one category.
- Per Page — 12, 24 or 48. It opens on 12, and it is only offered once you have more than 12 on a tab.
Changing any of them goes back to page one, so a reader is never left looking at an empty grid.
How does a visitor get to my other listings?
Previous Page and Next Page arrows, in two places: in the control row above your listings, and centred under the grid.
Page 2 of 11 sits between the arrows under the grid at every width, and between the top pair too when there is room for it — on a phone the top row gives that space to the Sale and Rent tabs instead. At 12 to a page a page is four rows deep, which is why the arrows are at the top as well: reaching the next one should not mean scrolling past everything you just decided not to read.
With a single page of listings, no arrows are drawn at all.
Why does a section stop after six?
Because a section draws its first 6 and puts the rest behind a Show More button underneath, with the number still folded in brackets beside the word. Show Less folds them again.
Seven sections work this way — Videos, Webinars, Guides, Articles, Socials, Team and Frequently Asked Questions. A section holding fewer than six gets no button.
So nothing you have added is missing when a visitor cannot see it at first. Your 24 videos are all on the page; 18 of them are one press away.
Do I set any of this, or does it save what a visitor picks?
Neither, and it is worth being clear because there is nothing to look for.
None of these three is a setting in Configure Page. They belong to whoever is reading — one visitor pins the map and picks 48 to a page, the next one arrives on Grid at 12, and neither knows about the other.
Nothing is written down. Close the tab and it resets; you will never see what anyone chose. What you control is the starting point: the section arrows in My Page decide whether the listings or the map is on top when the page opens, and the order you drag your rows into is the order they are drawn in.
