Navis is a group of agent teams at Huttons that began at ERA in 2006, moved to OrangeTee in 2017 and came to Huttons in October 2021. About 700 agents moved with its four managing partners then, EdgeProp reported; at OrangeTee it was Navis Living Group, formed with Savills' East Living Group.
What is Navis at Huttons?
Navis is a group of agent teams inside Huttons Asia, run by its co-founders as managing partners. It has moved twice with its agents, from ERA to OrangeTee & Tie in 2017 and on to Huttons in 2021. Its agents are licensed under Huttons Asia, CEA licence L3008899K.
EdgeProp reported in 2017 that Navis, short for Property Navigator, was formed at ERA in 2006 by Jay Ong, Jason Tan and Gary Chua. In April 2017 they moved to OrangeTee with Stuart Chng and Jackie Mang, who had founded East Living Group at Savills Residential, and the five formed Navis Living Group.[1]
In October 2021 the group's four managing partners crossed over from OrangeTee & Tie to Huttons, and about 700 agents came with them, EdgeProp reported in January 2022. Its leaders have since used the name Navis: 99.co called Jackie Mang its managing partner in 2024.[3],[8]
How many agents does Navis have?
99.co reported in April 2024 that Navis had more than 1,500 members, including part-timers. About 700 agents moved with it to Huttons in October 2021, EdgeProp reported; at ERA it had 1,100 at one point.
Navis's size has been reported at each of its three agencies. At ERA it had 1,100 agents at one point, EdgeProp said in 2017. At OrangeTee, Navis Living Group had about 550 members by June 2017 and more than 800 by March 2018. About 700 came with it to Huttons in October 2021.[1],[7],[8]
At Huttons, an undated profile of Gary Chua, from a November 2023 issue of CEO Insights Asia, gave 1,400 agents, and 99.co gave more than 1,500 in April 2024, counting part-timers. Jackie Mang's own division inside it had roughly 260 in 2026, EdgeProp reported.[2],[3],[6]

Who founded Navis?
Navis was formed at ERA in 2006 by Jay Ong, Jason Tan and Gary Chua, EdgeProp reported in 2017. Stuart Chng and Jackie Mang, founders of Savills' East Living Group, joined them as co-founders of Navis Living Group in 2017.
The three Navis founders had long careers at ERA before the 2017 move: 17 years for Chua, 12 for Tan and 11 for Ong, EdgeProp reported. Chua entered real estate at 30, in 2000, by his own account to CEO Insights Asia.[1],[6]
Chng and Mang had spent ten years at Savills Residential, where they founded East Living Group in 2006, focused first on the East Coast. 99.co reported in 2018 that the five met through a property event and formed Navis Living Group together.[1],[7]
Who leads Navis today?
Navis is run by its co-founders as managing partners: 99.co named Jackie Mang its managing partner and Stuart Chng a partner in 2024, and Gary Chua was described as a co-founder at Huttons in 2023. EdgeProp's 2022 report of the move did not name the four.
Jackie Mang was a Chief District Director at Huttons in June 2026, EdgeProp reported, giving his CEA number, R008878E, and naming Stuart Chng as his mentor. A Huttons event page in January 2022 gave Chng's title as Executive Group District Director.[2],[5]
Of the five founders of Navis Living Group, the sources from Huttons name Mang, Chng and Chua. PropKaki has not found a later source naming Jay Ong or Jason Tan as Navis partners at Huttons.[3],[6]

Navis grew to 1,100 agents at ERA after its founding in 2006, moved to OrangeTee in April 2017 and passed 800 there within a year, and moved to Huttons in October 2021 with about 700. 99.co put it at more than 1,500, part-timers included, in 2024.
At ERA, Navis was ERA Singapore's top team in 2009 and 2011, EdgeProp reported in 2017. Its founders moved to OrangeTee in April 2017 and, with East Living's founders, formed Navis Living Group; about 440 Navis agents and 110 from East Living had followed by June.[1]
The group's second move came four years later. EdgeProp reported in January 2022 that about 700 of the nearly 1,000 agents who joined Huttons in 2021 came with Navis Living Group's managing partners, helping take Huttons from 3,211 agents in early 2021 to 4,155 on 3 January 2022.[8]

At ERA, Navis was ERA Singapore's top team in 2009 and 2011, and among ERA Asia Pacific's top three brokers in 2008, 2009 and every year from 2011 to 2015, EdgeProp reported in 2017.
These are ERA's internal awards from Navis's years there, as EdgeProp reported them when the group moved to OrangeTee.[1]

How do you join Navis?
Agents join Navis by joining Huttons through one of its partners or leaders. At OrangeTee in 2018, Navis offered new agents over 100 hours of free training through its Navis Wings programme, 99.co reported.
There is no application to Navis as such: a new agent registers with Huttons through a leader. 99.co reported in 2018 that Navis built its own tools for agents, including the LINK UP app for listings and flyers, and courses in property wealth planning and advisory sales.[7]
In 2024 99.co described Jackie Mang's mentoring of new agents and his YouTube channel, Avenue 88, which carries training videos and property tours.[3]

How does Navis compare with other groups?
Navis's figure of more than 1,500 (April 2024, part-timers included) sits below Huttons' Rex Tan Division, 2,650 in January 2026. Among groups that have changed agency, Ken Low Group had 430 agents when it left Huttons for SRI in 2018. Each is the group's own count.
Navis is one of the few groups in Singapore to have moved between agencies more than once. Ken Low Group left Huttons for SRI in 2018 with 430 agents at the time of his exit; inside Huttons, Rex Tan Division had 2,650 in January 2026.[9],[10]
