Jackie Mang

EdgeProp reported in June 2017 that East Living Group was founded in 2006 at Savills Residential, starting with East Coast homes before moving into prime districts, and that Stuart Chng and Jackie Mang had spent ten years at Savills. EdgeProp's 2024 article and 99.co date his own start to 2009, as a part-time agent, so the sources disagree on when he began.

The pair began talks to merge with Navis, a group formed at ERA in 2006, and join OrangeTee in the last quarter of 2016, Stuart Chng told EdgeProp. In April 2017 they moved with 110 agents and, with Navis's Gary Chua, Jason Tan and Jay Ong, formed Navis Living Group at OrangeTee; the two of them took charge of its training programmes.

The group moved again in October 2021. EdgeProp reported in January 2022 that about 700 of the nearly 1,000 agents who joined Huttons that year came after four of Navis Living Group's managing partners and co-founders crossed over from OrangeTee & Tie; it did not name the four. CEA's register shows Jackie Mang's registration with Huttons Asia from 5 October 2021. EdgeProp's 2024 article called him a Senior Group District Director, and its 2026 article a Chief District Director.

Navis Living Group joined two teams: Navis, which its founders said once had 1,100 agents at ERA, and East Living Group from Savills Residential. EdgeProp counted about 550 members across both groups two months after the move in 2017, and 99.co more than 800 in March 2018, led by four senior associate executive directors, five senior associate district directors and twelve associate district directors.

After the move to Huttons, 99.co described Jackie Mang in April 2024 as Navis's managing partner and the group as more than 1,500 strong. Within Navis he runs his own division: EdgeProp wrote in July 2024 that he was guiding more than 180 agents, and in June 2026 that he had grown it from 120 to about 260 in roughly two years, with a target of 300 to 350 by the end of 2027. The division sizes and the Navis size count different things and should not be compared.

In 2018 Gary Chua told 99.co that Stuart Chng and Jackie Mang were well-known trainers and that their Advisory Sales Masterclass had helped many of his agents become top achievers. 99.co wrote in 2024 that Jackie Mang breaks complex topics into short lessons so his team can learn faster.

EdgeProp's 2026 article credits agents in his division rather than awards to him: one two-agent team reached Huttons' Rising Millionaire status, and a team leader earned about S$200,000 in commission in the first quarter of 2026. "We win together," he told EdgeProp. "It's never just about one person."
