Where can I put my bot?
Updated 6 September 2026
The Short Answer
Your bot can answer on four surfaces: your own WhatsApp number, a chat link you can send anyone, a QR code you can print, and an embed on your website. They are all the same bot with the same mode — only the door changes.
One bot, four doors. Setting up a second one does not mean configuring it twice.
What are the four places?
- Your WhatsApp number — connect it and your bot answers on the line clients already message you on.
- Your chat link — a page you can send to anyone.
- A QR code — the same link, printed.
- Your website — an embed that puts the bot on your own page.
Every one of them is the same bot, answering in the same mode.
Do I have to set it up four times?
No. You choose the mode once and it applies everywhere. Adding a QR code or an embed is publishing an existing bot somewhere new, not building a second one.
The only per-surface setting is whether your WhatsApp line is answering, which has its own switch.
Which should I start with?
The chat link. It works immediately and needs nothing connected, so it is also how you check what your bot says before anyone else sees it — at 2 credits a reply on Advisor, the same as it would cost anywhere else.
WhatsApp is the one worth doing next, because it is where clients already are.
Does it cost more to be in four places?
No. A reply your bot sends costs the same wherever it answers — 2 credits on Advisor, 1 on Secretary, nothing on Auto-Reply. Being on four surfaces changes how many people find you, not the price of an answer.
A message you send from Chats is separate, at 1 credit each.
