How do I sign up for PropKaki?

The Short Answer
Enter your email address and press Email me a sign up link, then click the link that arrives. You can also sign up with Google or Facebook. There is no password to choose. A free account gives you 20 credits and keeps your chats.

What do I need to sign up?
An email address.
No card, no phone number, no password. Enter the address and press Email me a sign up link.
What happens next?
The screen reads Sent! Click the link in your inbox to complete your sign up.
Open the email, click the link, and you are in. The link works once and does not last long, so use the newest one if you have asked twice.
Can I use Google instead?
Yes. Google and Facebook are both there beside the email box.
They are faster, and they use the same account afterwards — signing in by link later reaches the same place, as long as it is the same address.
What do I get?
20 credits, up from the 6 you get without an account.
More to the point, your chats are saved — so a conversation you had on your laptop is there on your phone.
Do I need to be an agent?
No. The account is the same whoever you are.
If you are a property agent, verifying your CEA licence under Account Settings → Verification switches on the agent side. Everyone else never sees it.
