Invite an assistant to share your account

The Short Answer
Open Account Settings → Team, pick Assistants and press + Add Assistant. Enter their email or WhatsApp number, pick a Role — it starts on Everything Except Payments — and press Invite. They accept when they next sign in, then work in your account as you, on your credits. Basic includes 1 assistant, Pro 2, Max 5.
An assistant does not get an account of their own: everything they do happens in yours.
How do I add an assistant?
- Open Account Settings → Team.
- Pick Assistants.
- Press + Add Assistant. A New Assistant box opens, marked Not sent yet.
- Fill in Email, WhatsApp, or both. That is what they sign in with.
- Pick a Role. It starts on Everything Except Payments; the others are Full Access, View Only, No Access and Custom….
- Press Invite.
The screen says Invited. We've emailed the address you entered. With only a WhatsApp number, it says Invited. They'll see it when they sign in with that number. There is no name to type: once they accept, their card shows the name on their own login.
Do they get a message?
With an email, yes, the moment you press Invite. Its subject is your name followed by added you on PropKaki, and it tells them which email or number to sign in with. If it did not arrive, press Send Again on their card.
With only a WhatsApp number, nothing is sent. Tell them to sign in with log in via WhatsApp on that number: the invite is waiting for them there.

What do Waiting, Active and Declined mean?
Each assistant has a card with their Email, WhatsApp and Role, and a label:
- Waiting — invited, not accepted yet. Send Again re-sends the email.
- Active — they accepted and are working in your account.
- Declined — they said no. Send Again asks them again, and the card goes back to Waiting.
Send Again needs an email on the card; for a WhatsApp-only invite, tell them yourself.
How many assistants can I add?

Beside + Add Assistant you see how many you have used, such as 1 of 2 used on Pro. Waiting and Active cards take a place until you press Remove. A Declined invite takes no place; Send Again takes one again, if there is room. When every place is used, + Add Assistant is greyed. On Free the line reads Free doesn't include assistants yet — Basic includes 1., with See Plans beside it.
Assistants cost nothing extra, and they never take a team place. Moving to a smaller plan removes nobody.
How do I change what they can do, or remove them?
Pick another Role on their card; it saves as you pick. What can my assistant do in my account? explains each one.
To take them off, press Remove on their card. A box asks Remove followed by their name, and says They'll stop working in your account straight away. Press Remove to confirm, or Cancel to back out. The place is free again. Everything they did stays in your account. To change their email or number, remove them and invite them again.

Should I add another agent as my assistant?
Add only someone who will work in your account. An agent with their own verified PropKaki account is refused: This person has their own verified PropKaki account.
