My login link did not arrive. What do I do?

The Short Answer
Look in spam or promotions first. Then check you typed the address on your account. If you requested more than one link, only the newest works — clicking an older email gives you an expired message. Requesting a fresh one always fixes it.
Four causes, and the last one catches most people out.
Have you checked spam?
Look in Spam, and in Promotions if you use Gmail's tabs.
Sign-in emails land there more often than anywhere else. Mark it not spam once and it will stop happening.
Is the address right?
Check the address you typed. A wrong address produces no email and no warning, because PropKaki cannot know it was wrong.
If the address does not exist at all, the screen says We couldn't send that link. Check the address and try again.
Did you request more than one?
This is the usual cause. Links are single-use, and asking for a new one kills the previous one.
So if you pressed the button twice and then clicked the first email, you get That sign-in link has expired — and the second email in your inbox works perfectly. Always click the newest.
Has it expired?
Links are short-lived on purpose. If you left it an hour, ask for a new one — the screen has the button right there under the message.
Still nothing?
Use Google or Facebook to get in, then check the address under Account Settings → Account.
If your email is a work address, it may be a filter on your side — a personal address is a quick way to test that.
