How do I look up a block or a condo?

Updated 1 September 2026

The Short Answer

Tower View shows you one building — its units, its stack, what has sold in it. The finders cover the rest: transactions, project details, floor plans, amenities and facilities. Or just ask in the chat, which is faster when you have one specific question.

Three routes to the same records. Pick by how much you want to see.

What is Tower View for?

One building. Tower View shows the stack — which units have transacted, at what, and where they sit.

It is the right tool when you are working a single development rather than comparing several.

What are the finders?

6:

Transactions Finder · Project Details Finder · Floor Plan Finder · Amenities Finder · Facilities Finder · Listings Finder

Each one goes at a single kind of record, so you get depth rather than a summary.

When should I just ask in the chat?

When you have one question. What have 4-room flats at Block 123 Ang Mo Kio been going for? is 2 credits and comes back immediately.

The tools are better when you want to look around rather than ask something.

What about landed and industrial?

Landed House Checker and Zoning Checker for landed, and C&I Property Finder for commercial and industrial.

Industrial got its own directory rather than being folded into commercial, because the two are genuinely different markets.

Where do all of these get their figures?

URA, HDB, SLA, JTC and data.gov.sg — the same records behind every answer in the chat.

So a figure in a tool and a figure in an answer agree, because they came from the same place.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
