Accept an invite to be an assistant

1. Sign in to PropKaki with the email or WhatsApp number the agent invited. If they used only a WhatsApp number, use log in via WhatsApp on that number.
2. A box opens: Sandra Lee added you as an assistant, with the agent's own name, and You'll work inside Sandra's account. What you do is saved as Sandra's, with your name beside it.
3. Press Accept.

The page reloads into the agent's account: their name in the sidebar, their clients, their settings.

Press Not Now and the box closes. It opens again the next time you sign in, every time, until you accept or decline. Reloading the page does not bring it back.

In Account Settings → Team the invite waits as a card with Accept and Decline, and the Team tab carries a count while it does.

Open Account Settings → Team and press Decline on the invite. The box stops opening, and the agent sees Declined on your card. If they press Send Again, the invite comes back.

If the login you accept with already had its own PropKaki account before the invite, the box also says Your own PropKaki account is set aside while you're Sandra's assistant, and comes back if you leave.

While you are their assistant, that login opens the agent's account. When you press Leave Account, you are back in your own. See Stop being an assistant on an account.

• A different login. The invite waits for the exact email or number the agent entered. Sign in with that one, or ask them to invite the one you use.
• A WhatsApp-only invite. Sign in with log in via WhatsApp on that number.
• Your login is a verified agent, or in a team. Such a login is never offered an assistant invite. Ask the agent to add you under Teammates instead.
• It was removed. The agent took the invite back.

Everything you see is the agent's, and everything you do uses their credits. Your Role — on your card under Account Settings → Team → Assistants — decides how far that goes. See What can my assistant do in my account?
