I got a message saying my website is live — what do I do now?

Updated 6 September 2026

The Short Answer

That message is real and your page is already working. It carries two links: the first is your website as anyone sees it, the second opens the same page in its editing dress so you can look around with no sign-in. When you want to change something, sign in with Continue with WhatsApp from that same number.

Start with the second link — you can see the whole thing before signing in to anything.

Do I have to sign in to see it?

No — that is what the second link is for. Open it on your phone straight from the message.

You only need to sign in when you want to change something. Every control on the setup page opens the sign-in box when you press it, and signing in from there lands you in My Page with the same tiles, live.

How do I sign in without breaking anything?

Choose Continue with WhatsApp, and use the number that message was sent to.

Signing in another way — Google, or a different email — creates a second, empty account, and your page is not in it. If that has already happened, reply to the same WhatsApp thread and the team will merge them.

Is my page already public?

Yes. A page claimed over WhatsApp is switched on, because the message hands you a link and a link has to resolve.

Your name, agency and CEA licence come from the register, your listings come from your licence, and there is a written description and a cover already in place. What is empty is your photo, videos, socials, guides and team.

What are the 60 credits?

Your assistant is answering on the page from the first day, and 60 credits are added so it can. At 2 credits a turn on Advisor, that is 30 questions answered.

If you already had a plan you keep your existing credits instead of a grant — the message says which happened. Nothing on the page needs credits; only the assistant does.

Still Stuck?

Ask PropKaki in the chat — it answers most of these directly — or message the team.
