How do I sign a form I have filled in?

On the form you download. The Paperwork Assistant gives you the completed PDF, or a Word document for the customer due diligence forms, with the signature lines left blank, except on the Option to Purchase, the Sale and Purchase Agreement and the lease checklist, where you can type a name on a signature line or leave it blank to sign by hand.

1. Download the completed form.
2. Print it and sign by hand, or add the signatures with your own e-signature tool, such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign.
3. Share the signed copy the way you normally would.

Every field, including any PropKaki filled in for you, such as the address, rent and dates when you pick a project. Check every option that is struck through too: where the form says to delete what does not apply, the option you did not pick is struck through.

Fix anything on the form page and download it again before anyone signs. If you have closed the tab, fill it in again.
