How do I sign a form I have filled in?
Updated 1 September 2026
The Short Answer
Once the Paperwork Assistant has filled a form, the signing step is on the document itself. Add your signature, check every field one more time, and then it is yours to download or send. PropKaki does not send a signed document anywhere on your behalf.
The step people stop at, and what happens after it.
Where is the signing step?
On the document itself, once the Paperwork Assistant has finished filling it.
It is the last step rather than a separate tool.
What should I check first?
Every field — and particularly names, dates and figures.
Those are the 3 that were filled from a record, and a record can be out of date in a way that a form cannot forgive.
What happens after I sign?
The document is yours. Download it, or send it the way you normally would.
It is also saved — press Save and it lands in Workspace → Files, where you can find it later under Show → Source → Made by PropKaki.
Does PropKaki send it for me?
No. A signed document going to the wrong person is not something that should ever be one click away from an automated system.
You send it.
Can the other party sign in PropKaki?
No. PropKaki fills and lets you sign your part.
Getting the other side's signature happens the way it always has — through whatever your agency uses.
