JNA Real Estate at PropNex

EdgeProp reported in 2020 that Ng launched JNA Real Estate as a team under PropNex in June 2017. It trades under its own name, as some PropNex groups do, but its agents are PropNex salespersons and CEA's register lists them under PropNex Realty.^[1]

The group has a specialist arm for good class bungalows and shophouses, Steward Asia, Real Estate Asia reported in 2026. No source read for this page places JNA inside one of PropNex's larger groups, so PropKaki lists it as a group of its own.^[3]

Ng told EdgeProp in September 2020 that he was managing 20 agents within months of launching JNA in 2017, and 31 at the time of the interview. Real Estate Asia's 2026 list of notable agents under 40 put the group at over 335 realtors.^[1],[3]

These are the group's own counts. CEA's register records the agency an agent is licensed with, not the group, so they cannot be checked against it. In October 2026 EdgeProp reported six more agents joining from PropertyLimBrothers.^[2]

EdgeProp's 2020 profile says Ng joined PropNex in 2017 and launched JNA within the year, managing 20 agents within months. It describes him as the youngest recipient of PropNex's Platinum Award, given for S$100,000 of commission in a month, and says he had won seven by 2020.^[1]

Real Estate Asia gave Ng's age as 30 in its 2026 list, and described his own work as buyer-side, centred on good class bungalow acquisitions and growing clients' HDB portfolios.^[3]

EdgeProp's October 2026 article describes Ng as an associate branch district director at PropNex and founder of JNA. Associate Branch District Director is one of PropNex's titles for agents who lead a group of teams.^[2]

Real Estate Asia cited Ng's S$36 million purchase of a good class bungalow on Cornwall Road for a client. PropNex's Millionaire 2025 profile of him prints his CEA number, R058385I, which his row links.^[3]

Two profiles fix JNA's size: EdgeProp's in September 2020, when it had 31 agents, and Real Estate Asia's in 2026, at over 335. The timeline below gives each with who reported it.^[1],[3]

EdgeProp reported in 2020 that Ng had brokered about S$150 million of investment deals. In October 2026 it reported six former PropertyLimBrothers agents joining JNA, with over S$1 billion of transactions between them.^[1],[2]

   Six former PropertyLimBrothers agents join JNA, EdgeProp reported: John Lin, Felicia Cai, Alfred Cheong, Emeline Cheng, Jesslin Ong and Jolene Koh.^[2]

Ng's awards are his own rather than the group's. EdgeProp wrote in 2020 that he was the youngest agent to win PropNex's Platinum Award and had won it seven times. Real Estate Asia named him PropNex's overall champion producer for 2024 and 2025 and included him in its 2026 list of notable agents under 40.^[1],[3]

These are awards PropNex gives its own agents, and a publication's list, not independent rankings. PropKaki has not found PropNex's own list of winners to check them against.

The PropertyLimBrothers agents arrived after the firm's co-founder, Adrian Lim, rejoined PropNex in May 2026 with 37 salespersons, by PropNex's count. EdgeProp's October 2026 article on the six who joined JNA said they had over S$1 billion of transactions between them.^[2],[4]

There is no separate application. A new agent joins PropNex through a leader, and that leader's place decides the group. EdgeProp's October 2026 article describes JNA taking in experienced agents from another agency as a group.^[2]

Commission splits are set by PropNex, not by the group. PropNex's 2018 prospectus says salespersons generally keep 70% to 90% of the commission on a completed deal, and that one who leaves their team can rejoin PropNex only after 12 months.^[5]

PropNex has many groups of two to four hundred agents, each built around the leader who started it. Several, like JNA with Steward Asia, have arms for the top of the market: PropNex's Luxury Team for high-end homes, and Ray Teo Advisory's Eminence Landed.^[6],[7]
