Galaxy Group at ERA

EdgeProp's October 2026 article describes Galaxy as a standalone group by choice: it joined ERA as its own group in 2017 rather than inside another. Its work is project marketing, the sale of new developer launches, with resale and HDB business added later.^[1]

The group runs its own training and recognition. 99.co reported in 2022 on its eight-week onboarding programme, Galaxy Supernova; EdgeProp described a 4C framework in 2026, and ERA agents list Galaxy's own training courses and prize on their ERA profiles.^[1],[2]

Every figure comes from the group or its leaders. 99.co reported in February 2022 that Galaxy grew to 237 agents in 2021 (the same article also says its founders lead over 280); EdgeProp reported around 400 in March 2023.^[2],[3]

EdgeProp's October 2026 article, marking the group's tenth year, says it has grown from the 40 realtors its founders brought to ERA in 2017 to "more than 630". For scale, ERA Singapore had 8,744 salespersons on 30 June 2026.^[1]

Sizes are the group's own claims. CEA's register records the agency an agent is licensed with, not the group, and divisions inside a group are counted again in its total.

Yang started out in food and beverage service and rose to manage several outlets; Koh studied at NUS, worked at an offshore bank and took a master's in financial engineering before moving into real estate full-time in 2009, 99.co reported in 2022.^[2]

EdgeProp's 2026 article dates Galaxy's start at ERA to 2017 with 40 realtors, and says it turns 10 in 2027. One photo caption in the same piece refers to the team's beginnings in 2019 with its first 100; PropKaki uses the text's 2017.^[1]

EdgeProp's October 2026 article names the founders and five strategic leaders; Zann Low, it says, was one of the original 40. It gives Yang's title as Senior Director of Agency.^[1]

EdgeProp's March 2023 article names Yang and Koh as Galaxy's leaders and Jackie Lim as a division director within it. Alicia Yang is the only agent of that name at ERA on CEA's register (R004405B), and PropertyGuru prints that number, so her row links her profile. More than one ERA agent is named Eugene Koh, and no source read prints his number, so his row is not linked.^[3]

99.co reported that Galaxy's 237 agents earned S$43.7 million in commission in 2021. EdgeProp's 2026 article says that during Covid around 200 of its agents earned over S$40 million combined; Jackie Lim told EdgeProp in 2023 that the group took about 6% of most new launches in 2022.^[1],[2],[3]

Ahead of its tenth anniversary in 2027, the group has set up a branding leadership committee, EdgeProp reported. Yang said Galaxy wants to find its ceiling "with more people, not fewer".^[1]

99.co reported in 2022 that Galaxy had won ERA's Top Project Division award two years in a row; EdgeProp's 2026 article extends that run to six consecutive years, 2020 to 2025. Both founders have been ERA Millionaire Realtors for five consecutive years, the same article says.^[1],[2]

These are awards ERA gives its own agents, not independent rankings. To compare individual agents, use their CEA-recorded deals.

The one move on record is the group's arrival at ERA in 2017 with 40 realtors. Neither EdgeProp nor 99.co names the agency the founders came from.^[1],[2]

If a leader or division is reported joining or leaving Galaxy, it will be added here, dated and sourced.

There is no separate application to Galaxy. A new agent registers with ERA Realty Network through a Galaxy leader. 99.co reported that the group values quality over quantity and trains new agents for eight weeks in Galaxy Supernova.^[2]

Galaxy works mainly in new launches, as does Rayne Chua's division inside Preeminent, which had over 100 agents in April 2026. HexaGroup runs a new-launch arm, Hexa Project, among four.^[4],[5],[6]
