What is the Fendy Lee Group?

EdgeProp described FLG in 2024 as "a team under the established Rex Tan Division", and the group's own website calls itself part of Huttons Asia and the Rex Tan Division, the group Rex Tan set up at Huttons in 2010. Its agents are therefore also counted in that division's size, which Huttons put at 2,650 in January 2026, and the two figures should not be added together.
The group gives its core values as fun, love and gratitude, Fendy Lee told EdgeProp in 2024.
