Each sale is a URA caveat; Tower View shows its floor, not its unit number. Floors are listed per block. Landed and basement units are not shown.

What Tower View does

Tower View shows you how price moves within a single building, floor by floor. For a Singapore condo it maps the floor premium (how much more a higher floor costs) and lists each floor's recent sales; for HDB it shows the storey gradient by flat type. It's how you tell whether a home is well-priced for its floor, using real transacted prices rather than a blanket project average.

Floor premium

See how much each floor adds, from real sales on every floor.

Condo floors & HDB storeys

Each floor's recent sales for condos, and a storey gradient by flat type for HDB.

Priced from real deals

Built from recorded transactions, so the gradient reflects what units actually sold for.

Tower View — frequently asked questions

What is Tower View?+

Tower View shows how transacted prices move across a building. For a condo, it lists each floor's sales, newest first, shaded by price per square foot, with the floor's median beside it. For an HDB block, it shows median resale prices across storey bands and flat types. It surfaces the floor premium and the full storey gradient for any Singapore project.

What is the floor premium?+

The floor premium is how much more, in percentage terms, higher floors transact at compared with lower floors of the same building — measured by median PSF between the top and bottom storey bands. Higher floors usually command a premium for views and light; Tower View quantifies it per project.

Where does the floor-level data come from?+

From URA caveat data. Each private sale caveat states the unit's floor, so every sale is placed on its floor straight from the transaction record — not estimated. Unit numbers are not shown.

Why are some floors missing?+

Tower View only lists floors with a sale on record in the period you pick. A missing floor means no caveat was lodged for it in that time — not that the floor doesn't exist. Widen the period to see more.

Does Tower View work for HDB flats?+

Yes. HDB resale records don't include unit numbers, so HDB uses a storey-band × flat-type grid instead: rows are storey ranges (e.g. 10 to 12) and columns are flat types (3-room, 4-room, 5-room), with the median resale price in each cell — plus the block's true height and unit mix.

Why doesn't Tower View show unit numbers?+

Tower View shows each sale's floor but not its unit number.
