Evan Chung's career on record starts in 2008 at Edmund Tie & Company Property Network, then trading as DTZ, where EdgeProp said he became a vice-president. He moved to KF Property Network in 2016, leading two divisions as a senior division director and serving as a senior project-in-charge. When Knight Frank named him head of KFPN from August 2020, EdgeProp put his experience at more than 12 years and KFPN at about 450 salespersons; Knight Frank's group managing director, Wendy Tang, said his depth of experience on the ground had been established.

The move to SRI was announced on 1 January 2025. EdgeProp reported that the 111 agents were 40.5% of KFPN's 274 salespersons at 1 January 2024, that SRI grew from 1,286 to 1,501 agents over 2024 with them and recruits from other agencies, and that KFPN fell to 145. "The open and collaborative culture here makes us feel supported as professionals," Evan Chung said. Knight Frank Singapore's chief executive, Galven Tan, said it was appointing a new head for KFPN.

KFPN's remaining agents later went elsewhere: The Business Times reported in July 2026 that Knight Frank had agreed to let them move to OrangeTee & Tie and that KFPN would close by the end of 2026.

The 111 agents who moved from KFPN were not given a group name in the January 2025 reports. By August 2026 EdgeProp described Evan Chung as co-founder and executive district director of Vantage Advisory, without saying how many of its 160 advisers came from KFPN. The two figures count different things and should not be compared.

A June 2025 EdgeProp article on an industrial specialist at SRI Industrial is about a different agent with the same name, and is not listed here.
