What the Floor Plan Finder does
The Floor Plan Finder tells you what PropKaki holds on a Singapore condo's layouts — search by street address, postal code or project name and see its unit types grouped by bedroom count, with their sizes and how many floor plans we hold. To see the plans themselves, what each layout has, or which layout your unit is, ask PropKaki: it shows them one condo at a time. Layouts are digitised from developer brochures.

How do I find the floor plan for a Singapore condo?
Enter the condo's address, postal code or project name in PropKaki's Floor Plan Finder — free, no account needed. It shows the development's unit types grouped by bedroom count, with their sizes and how many floor plans we hold. Then ask PropKaki to show you the plans: they're digitised from developer brochures, so they're the official layouts rather than an agent's sketch.
Can I find the floor plan for my exact unit number?
Often, yes — ask PropKaki with the condo and your unit number (for example #12-25), and where we know which layout that unit is, it names the unit type and shows that plan. The mapping comes from the developer's schedule of units in the brochure, cross-checked against per-unit records; where we can't confirm a unit's layout, PropKaki says so rather than guess.
What does a dual-key or dumbbell layout mean on a floor plan?
A dual-key unit has two self-contained sections — each with its own entrance and kitchenette or bath — sharing one main door and title, popular for renting one half out. A dumbbell layout places bedrooms at opposite ends with the living and dining in the middle, giving both bedrooms privacy. Ask PropKaki which layouts at a condo are dual-key, and what each one has — a study, helper's room, private lift or PES.
What is a PES or ground-floor garden unit?
PES stands for Private Enclosed Space — the fenced patio or garden attached to a ground-floor condo unit. It's outdoor space you use exclusively but it's usually counted in your unit's strata area, so a PES unit's floor area reads larger than its air-conditioned interior. PropKaki tells you which layouts at a condo are ground-floor PES units, so you can spot them before viewing.
Why does my condo's floor plan show a household shelter or bay window?
A household shelter (often marked HS) is the reinforced room required in Singapore homes built from the late 1990s — most owners use it as a store room. Bay windows and planter boxes appear mainly in condos completed before around 2009, when they stopped being exempt from gross floor area rules; they add to your strata area, which is why older layouts often show them. PropKaki reads these details off each plan, which is useful when comparing usable space between projects of different eras.
Which projects are covered, and what if mine isn't yet?
Coverage is growing project by project as PropKaki digitises developer brochures — condominiums first, with more added regularly. If your project isn't covered yet, the finder tells you honestly rather than showing someone else's layout, and you can still see the project's details, transactions and amenities through PropKaki's other free tools or ask the PropKaki assistant directly.
Are these floor plans accurate enough to renovate or buy from?
The plans are digitised from official developer sales brochures, so layouts and unit-type labels reflect the developer's own drawings. Brochure plans are indicative, though: dimensions are approximate, mirrored variants exist, and developers occasionally revise layouts during construction. Use them to shortlist and compare — then confirm against the developer's title-deed plan or a site measurement before committing to renovation works or a purchase.
